CDG and Innovation Incubator launch AI-powered telecom options | IoT Now Information & Reviews

Communications Information Group has introduced an alliance with Innovation Incubator to function an extension of CDG’s innovation lab and develop Generative AI powered options geared toward reworking the subscriber and assist expertise for Broadband Service Suppliers (BSPs). Preliminary merchandise embody incorporating AWS Bedrock knowledgebase powered AI Chatbots, 360 buyer dashboards with digital twins of the community gear and units, and a generative Enterprise Intelligence (BI) suite into CDG’s OSS/BSS platform for managing service and supplier companies and operations.

We are honored to partner and help CDG realise its vision by providing an AI native technology innovation lab and platform and app modernisation delivery,” stated Antony Satyadas, the CEO managing companion and co-founder of Innovation Incubator’s group of corporations. “Our innovation lab and integration services, rooted in decades of AI experience and a 9-year partnership with AWS, allow us to inject the right blend of self-service and hyper-automation into CDG solutions.”
